The office of the Hon’ble Mr Justice M M Sundresh, Judge, Supreme Court of India, is currently inviting applications for judicial internship for May and July 2026. This is a prime opportunity for students to gain invaluable experience in legal research, case analysis, and brief-making directly under the supervision of a Supreme Court Judge’s chambers.

Eligibility Criteria: Justice MM Sundresh Internship 2026

To be eligible for this prestigious internship, applicants must meet specific academic requirements:

• 5-Year Law Course: Students who are in their fourth or final year of the 5-year B.A. LL.B. program (or its equivalent).
• 3-Year Law Course: Students who are in their final year of the 3-year LL.B. program.

Selection Procedure and Notification: Justice MM Sundresh Internship

The selection process is merit-based and competitive:

1. Initial Screening: Applications will be screened based on the applicant’s academic merit and qualifications.
2. Shortlisting & Exercise: Shortlisted candidates will be notified approximately two weeks before the internship commencement date.
3. Final Selection: The final selection will be based on the applicant’s performance in a typed brief-making exercise designed to assess research and analytical skills.
