Types of CARA Internship 2026
1. Paid Internship (With Stipend)
Eligibility Criteria
- Open only to:
- Postgraduate students
- Research scholars
- Fields accepted:

- Social Work

- Psychology
- Management
- Social Sciences
Stipend
- ₹10,000 per month (for Indian students)
Internship Capacity
- Only 5 interns are selected at a time

- April to September Session → Apply in December
- October to March Session → Apply in June
2. Unpaid / Summer Internship
Eligibility Criteria
- Students who:
- Have completed Class 12
- Are pursuing Graduation or Post-Graduation
- Are engaged in research programs
- Important Condition:
- Undergraduate students must complete at least 2 years of their course
Duration
- Minimum: 1 month
- Usually: 4 to 6 weeks
