Refund & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Lawyers Vatika. This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all payments made for courses, workshops, webinars, internship programs, certifications, memberships, digital products, and other educational or related services offered by Lawyers Vatika.

By making any payment on our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Lawyers Vatika are final and non-refundable.

No refund, either full or partial, shall be provided for any course, workshop, webinar, internship program, certification, membership, digital product, study material, registration fee, application fee, or any other service offered by Lawyers Vatika.

2. No Cancellation

Once a user has successfully enrolled in or purchased any course, service, or digital product, the enrollment or purchase cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation requests shall not entitle the user to any refund, credit, or transfer unless otherwise required under applicable law.

3. Digital Products

Online courses, recorded lectures, PDFs, notes, e-books, templates, question banks, downloadable resources, software tools, and all other digital content are delivered electronically.

Accordingly, once access has been granted, such products are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

4. User Responsibility Before Payment

Before making payment, every user is responsible for carefully reviewing:

  • Course title and description
  • Syllabus and curriculum
  • Course duration
  • Eligibility requirements
  • Language of instruction
  • Fees and payment details
  • Technical requirements
  • Certification criteria (if applicable)

Payment shall be deemed as confirmation that the user has reviewed and accepted these details.

5. Technical Requirements

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have:

  • A compatible device;
  • A stable internet connection;
  • Updated web browser or application; and
  • Any other minimum technical requirements specified by Lawyers Vatika.

Refunds shall not be granted for issues arising from the user’s device, internet connection, software, browser compatibility, or similar technical limitations beyond the control of Lawyers Vatika.

6. Certificate & Internship Services

Eligibility for certificates, internship opportunities, placement assistance, or career guidance shall be governed by the applicable course or program requirements.

Non-selection, non-completion, failure to satisfy eligibility criteria, or inability to obtain a certificate or internship shall not be a ground for any refund.

7. Duplicate Payments

If a user accidentally makes multiple payments for the same order due to a technical or banking error, Lawyers Vatika may, after verification, refund only the excess duplicate amount.

This shall not be treated as a refund of the purchased service.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a user initiates an unauthorized chargeback, payment reversal, or payment dispute after receiving access to the purchased service, Lawyers Vatika reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate the user’s account;
  • Restrict access to purchased content;
  • Recover outstanding dues through lawful means; and
  • Take appropriate legal action where necessary.

9. Fraudulent or Misuse Activities

Lawyers Vatika reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be involved in:

  • Fraudulent transactions;
  • Misrepresentation of identity;
  • Unauthorized sharing of course content;
  • Copyright infringement;
  • Account misuse; or
  • Any violation of the Terms & Conditions.

In such cases, no refund shall be provided.

10. Changes to Courses or Services

Lawyers Vatika may, where reasonably necessary, update or modify course content, faculty, schedules, platform features, learning materials, assessment methods, or delivery mechanisms to improve the educational experience.

Such changes shall not entitle the user to any refund.

11. Force Majeure

Lawyers Vatika shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or inability to provide services caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, internet failures, cyber incidents, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

Such circumstances shall not create any entitlement to a refund.
