The National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL), under the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, Government of India, is inviting applications for the engagement of Young Professionals Legal – Law (YPs) on a contractual basis. The initiative aims to strengthen NHIDCL’s efforts in developing strategic road infrastructure in the North-eastern Region, Hilly States, and Border & Strategic Areas.

- Construction Management: 10 vacancies (4 Associates, 4 Senior Associates, 2 Consultants)
- Technical: 10 vacancies (4 Associates, 4 Senior Associates, 2 Consultants)
- Human Resources: 4 vacancies (2 Associates, 2 Senior Associates)
- Finance: 7 vacancies (4 Associates, 2 Senior Associates, 1 Consultant)
- Legal: 3 vacancies (2 Associates, 1 Senior Associate)
- Information Technology: 3 vacancies (2 Associates, 1 Senior Associate)
Qualifications: NHIDCL Young Professional Legal

- Relevant degrees from recognized institutions with NIRF rankings up to 100 in respective categories.
- Experience requirements vary by position (0-2 years for Associates, 2-9 years for Senior Associates, and 9-15 years for Consultants).
Remuneration
-
- Associates: ₹70,000–₹80,000/month
- Senior Associates: ₹80,000–₹1,50,000/month
- Consultants: ₹1,50,000–₹2,75,000/month
- Annual enhancement of 5% in consultancy fees.
Engagement Terms
-
- Contractual basis for 2 years, extendable by 1 year (maximum tenure: 3 years).
- Selection through a Screening and Selection Committee, which may include written tests, interviews, and group discussions.
- Induction module of 3 days for selected candidates.
